Description: Tōkichirō Hideyoshi about to capture Tatusko, the Kyōgoku’s noblewoman (藤吉郎秀吉京極 高次 到館). Tatsuko was born into the Kyōgoku clan. After her husband was killed by Hideyoshi’s army, she was captured by Hideyoshi and taken on as his concubine. Judging from sources from the time she most likely was one of Hideyoshi’s favourites.
