The triptych shows a regular Wednesday in the late Meiji period at Rōsen temple (also known as Meguro Fudōson), which had been a popular pilgrimage site in the Edo period. The prints contain a relaxed atmosphere. On the left a lady is smoking a pipe, and in the middle a mother is taking her daughter for a stroll. In the background people can be seen bathing underneath the dragon shaped gargoyles, of which the temple likely derives its name (瀧泉寺).
